Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Requests for refunds must be made within 48 hours of ticket purchase and at least 7 days before the event date.

2. Non-refundable Items

Service fees and processing charges are non-refundable. Tickets purchased through promotional offers or discounts may also be non-refundable.

3. Process for Refunding

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your booking ID and reason for the refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

4. Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund (including service fees) will be automatically processed for all ticket holders.
